There are events you attend, and there are events you truly experience. Top Marques Monaco belongs to the second category.
I had the privilege of visiting this exceptional automotive event as a photographer, surrounded by some of the world’s most exclusive supercars, hypercars and luxury automobiles.
Held at the Grimaldi Forum Monaco, Top Marques brings together extraordinary automotive design, advanced technology and exceptional craftsmanship.
Among the highlights of Top Marques Monaco were some of the most iconic names in the automotive world, including Bugatti, Ferrari, Lamborghini, Maserati, Porsche, McLaren, Aston Martin, Bentley and Rolls-Royce. Seeing these legendary marques together in one place was an exceptional experience - each representing its own vision of luxury, performance and automotive design.
As a photographer, what fascinated me most was the visual language of these cars. Every curve, surface, material and detail seemed designed to create an emotion. From legendary automotive names to exclusive creations and highly personalised models, each vehicle had its own character.
This is what makes luxury car photography so fascinating to me. A beautiful automobile is not simply an object to photograph. It is a combination of architecture, engineering, design and human creativity. My role is to capture not only its appearance, but also the atmosphere and emotion it creates.
Top Marques Monaco is also a place where automotive innovation meets exclusivity. The 2026 edition introduced a dedicated Luxury Tuners Hall, bringing together renowned names in high-end automotive customisation and showcasing unique interpretations of already exceptional cars.
Walking through the exhibition with a camera in my hands was an inspiring experience. I was able to discover these extraordinary creations from a photographer’s perspective - looking for the light, the geometry, the reflections and the small details that make each car unique.
For me, Top Marques Monaco is much more than a luxury car show. It is a celebration of creativity, precision and passion.
And perhaps this is what I value most about photographing exceptional automobiles: the opportunity to preserve, through an image, the emotion created by something that was itself created with extraordinary passion.
